Week 2 – Overview of postpartum mood/wellness.
Week 3 – The good enough mother: self-care, relaxation and stress management.
Week 4 – Mindful motherhood – stress management continued.
Week 5 – From partners to parents – communication with partners/family members.
Week 6 - Returning to work, breastfeeding concerns & other concerns.
$100 for 6 week course.
